  • 2. TRUST buys asset with promissary note

  • 3. Simultaneously TRUST sell asset to BUYER

  • 4. BUYER sends sales proceed previously agreed on to TRUST

  • 5. Gross sales proceeds invested per the wishes of the SELLER and SELLER receives regular scheduled income

  • 6. When appropriate, our attorneys may be able to take the asset out of your estate to reduce the family's federal estate tax burden.
