2. TRUST buys asset with promissary note
3. Simultaneously TRUST sell asset to BUYER
4. BUYER sends sales proceed previously agreed on to TRUST
5. Gross sales proceeds invested per the wishes of the SELLER and SELLER receives regular scheduled income
6. When appropriate, our attorneys may be able to take the asset out of your estate to reduce the family's federal estate tax burden.
